Responsibilities & Profile

Your contribution to KPMG

·  Work closely with COO Markets to support, maintain and implement new processes and projects within the Markets organization
·  Maintain an overview of the Markets budget, including preparing forecast reports for the CFO
·  Produce monthly project budget controlling and utilization reports
·  Manage invoice allocation, internal billing and invoicing processes within the Markets organization
·  Help orchestrate the HR process within the Markets organization and manage the joiner / leaver process
·  Prepare, compile and finalize presentations and reports for leadership meetings
·  Key contact for other departments (e.g. IT, Facilities)
·  Responsible for a smooth day-to-day running of the Markets organization

This is what makes you successful

·  Bachelor degree in Communications, Business Administration or similar
·  At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in an international environment
·  Organized, strong project management skills (able to maintain an overview over complex processes)
·  Proactive, 'can-do' attitude: Ready to take on responsibility and ownership for dedicated tasks and projects
·  Open, reliable and persuasive personality with strong communication skills
·  Your result driven personality as well as your conceptual and analytical skills enable you to get things done efficiently
·  Professional, enthusiastic and flexible attitude
·  Fluency in German and English, French is a plus
·  Strong excel and powerpoint skills
