Our Audit support Team is looking for a Planning Officer (m/f) to provide key administrative support and contribute to the development of KPMG Luxembourg's audit services.
As a Planning Facilitator, you will:
Planning is like a big jigsaw puzzle where you have to put pieces together to get a full picture. And if some pieces are missing, you still have to complete the picture. This is our everyday challenge!
As a Planning Facilitator, you will coordinate the professional assignments, holidays and study leaves of approximately 500 audit staff, within a multi-cultural environment and more specifically:
· Keep audit staff's planning updated in the system - process incoming emails of (un)booking requests on assignments, trainings, holidays, etc....;
· Act as a strong support for all audit staff by providing them swift and appropriate responses to any queries they might have;
· Timesheet's check and approval process for audit staff (for trainees to Assistant Managers levels);
· Be a back-up for the other Planning team members on a case by case basis.
The perfect candidate
· Has a bachelor degree;
· Has 2-3 years of professional experience in an administrative position;
· Is committed, dynamic, enthusiastic, result-driven and is able to manage stressful professional situations;
· Is a real team player and has the ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
· Is comfortable with Excel and other Microsoft Office programs;
· Is recognized and appreciated for its proactivity and sense of organization. Also demonstrates analytical thinking. Multitasking is essential;
· Is fluent in English. French and German are considered as an asset
