Your new opportunity

In this role you will provide first class administrative support to senior Partners and Directors. As a key interface for the team both within the firm and with our clients, you will cultivate collaborative relationships and provide an exceptional level of service, information and advice.

In this dynamic and integral role you will use your Personal Assistant experience to:
·  Supporting the administrative needs of senior staff - Partners and Directors - including proactive diary management, organising internal and client meetings, and arranging domestic and international travel, as well as other support functions
·  Proactively managing workflow including collating reports and preparing documents on behalf of the Partners/Directors
·  Engaged in supporting administrative elements of the team's project work, such as assisting in scheduling consultation sessions, taking notes, and updating Client Relationship Management and other systems
·  Providing administrative support for business development initiatives and engagements, including forming relationships with peers and coordinating industry functions
·  Developing and building key stakeholder relationships internally and externally
·  Working autonomously and managing highly confidential information How are you Extraordinary?

Your qualifications, skills & experience could include:
·  Confidence, personal presentation and communication skills suited to liaising at executive levels
·  Relevant personal assistant experience supporting a senior team in a fast paced, corporate environment, preferably in professional services
·  Prior experience in the use of SAP (or similar ERP system), expense management & travel management systems
·  A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering quality service
·  Self-motivation and initiative
·  Outstanding organisational skills, a sound ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
