Role & Responsibilities

To support the deployment of a new contract automation software, we are now seeking a paralegal to join our team. The incumbent will also be engaging in potential new technology-enabled projects such as managed legal services and legal operations, as well as general legal work.

- Primarily to assist with adoption of in-house automation tools and other technology solutions to deliver legal services
- Assist with legal work for the firm's various service lines
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations and help manage knowledge tools and databases
- Support the firm's business development and change management initiatives

Key Requirements

- 1-3 years relevant Paralegal experience.
- University degree holder. Law degree will be an advantage
- A good team player with strong analytical and prioritization skills and the ability to manage busy workloads and demands from multiple stakeholders
- Keen to help drive change in the legal industry through technology
- Self-motivated, responsible, and committed to excellence
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills and with client service knowledge
- Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin, and good command in written English and Simplified Chinese
- Previous international law firm experience is preferred
- Change management and project management experience will be a plus
