Job description



The Tax PIC Office is responsible for the financial and business planning aspects of the firm’s Tax function. It provides essential financial information necessary to make various decisions; and prepares financial reports that inform management about the function’s financial results and position. We are currently looking for a responsible Assistant with the relevant experience to join our team

 

The role involves:

·  Providing support in the preparation of management reports
·  Providing support in the budgeting and forecasting exercises
·  Providing support in ad hoc projects, initiatives and work streams
·  Carry out general administrative and supporting duties

 

The ideal candidate should possess:

·  A level, diploma or degree
·  Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and a keen sense in dealing with numbers
·  Meticulous and detail-oriented
·  Good organisational and communication skills
·  Ability to work efficiently and independently
