Roles and Responsibilities

We are recruiting for a Resource Management in the Audit team. Working as an RM in this team, your responsibilities will include:

· Working closely with the Audit Team leadership and Planning team- Managing the Planning mailbox, Keeping track of the inflow of work requests onshore engagement teams - both long tern planning and short term ad hoc requests. Acknowledge the requests, make sure all information required prior to starting work is available, and raise queries to onshore accordingly.

· Allocating staff to work requests, basis the team structure, skillset required, reviewer availability.

· Looking at any planning conflicts, staff change requirements, urgent staffing requests (both internal and for onshore engagements), adjusting planning of resignation cases and resolving, trouble-shooting, suggesting resource availability in cases of requirement.

· Annual Planning cycle - Launch the process, collect data, allocation of staff for vacancies and take the lead in this process.

· Leave tracking for Audit team, keeping leave updated on Retain.

· Working on Planning system called Retain - for the Annual Planning run.

· Maintain full record of Planned, ad hoc requests and all related details for reporting.

· Regular MI reports on planning to BU Lead (KRC)/ Managers - availability report, leave data, projecting staff requirement in coming months etc.. Additional Data/ reports may be requested as and when required.

· Daily catch up with the Team leaders/ AMs to facilitate and support staff

· Feedback process - Raise feedback requests to onshore teams for completed engagements, Maintain complete record of engagements, feedback requested, status, response. Prepare and analyze report of feedback results.

· Sending reminders for timesheet and pulling out defaulters list weekly.

o Preparing and reconciliation of leave reports

o Auditing the accuracy and completeness of these reports

· Maintaining records of all employees, new joiners, leavers and secondments

o Sending new joiner team and other details to HR.

o To assist new joiners in on boarding process

o Assisting new joiners with login Ids and other mandatory trainings.

· Maintain Awards tracker for the team, keep track of certificates availability according to the timelines, initiate meetings to send award nominations etc.

· The work requires very strict schedule, quick turnaround and high efficiency. Timelines set for Annual planning exercise are very challenging and require strict planning and coordination.

· Create, manage, and complete office projects as and when required.

Qualifications and Skills

Education / professional qualifications

Bachelors Degree

Prior Experience:

1-2 year experience in relevant field

Technical skills:

· Strong Microsoft Excel skills and working with Databases

· Working knowledge of various systems and tools

· Working knowledge ofWord and PowerPoint.

Behavioral / team skills

· Good written and verbal communication skills (making an impact)

· Strong time management skills to meet challenging timelines

· Ability to self-start and work independently to provide solutions
