You will be joining the National Service Centre (NSC), which is a newly created centre of excellence in Rhodes providing valuable end to end administrative support to our client engagement teams nationally across KPMG. The National Service Centre (NSC) operating hours are 7:00am-7:00pm Monday to Friday. We are currently recruiting for a full time Administrator to join us between the hours of 10:30am - 7pm. Starting as an Operations Administrator , you will be providing back end support to internal stakeholders to close off client engagements.

You must be an Australian Citizen and have an existing Defence Clearance (Base Line Clearance) or have the ability to obtain one. Please note, this will be funded by KPMG.

Your major responsibilities will include:
·  Working with highly confidential information
·  Client billing support - raising and sending invoices and analysing reports
·  Collection support - sending debtor reminder emails and maintaining debtor logs
·  Reporting - providing work in progress reports to business managers
·  Communication - liaising with clients and other internal stakeholders to provide an efficient and effective operations experience

How are you Extraordinary?
·  Accounts receivable, bookkeeping and collections experience in a professional environment is highly desirable
·  Outstanding time management, problem solving and organisational skills
·  Strong attention to detail, financial acumen and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
·  A collaborative, team-focused mindset, strong communication skills and a flexible approach to your work
·  TAFE or equivalent qualifications in business administration or bookkeeping would be highly beneficial
·  Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft office skills
