基础设施投融资咨询业务 助理经理/经理

Job description

工作职责简介

- 参与公司基础设施投融资业务开拓等活动
- 组织完成PPP咨询业务，包括尽职调查、实施方案编制、物有所值及财政可承受能力评估报告编制、协助向政府汇报、协助组织采购活动
- 根据项目进度或公司工作安排，参与团队人员管理
- 完成上级交办的其他工作

工作能力要求

- 3-5年及以上基础设施投融资、招投标、工程咨询工作经验，其中2年及以上PPP业务咨询经验
- 了解PPP业务有关政策法律法规，政府职能部门工作程序
- 具备较好的文字表达能力、沟通能力和组织协调能力，具有良好的团队合作精神，有职业操守
- 善于在工作中发掘问题，提出解决问题的建议
- 有责任心，团队协作意识强，适应出差

工作资格证书要求

- 全日制本科及以上学历，有造价工程师、注册咨询工程师、高级职称等证书优先
