Job description

For the unit Enterprise Solutions within Technology Advisory, we are looking for Solution Architects to strengthen our Dynamics 365 team. You will be involved in determining the architecture for large CRM enabled business transformations. As the solution architect you have the responsibility to work together with the customer to determine the most suitable architecture and roadmap towards the future state. Business transformations can take multiple years and include besides an actual CRM implementation also Strategy, Target Operation Model, process optimization, change management. You will have a key role in connecting all the functional domains of D365 CE (such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Service and Power Platform) towards a concrete solution based on the Microsoft technology stack in general, Dynamics 365 particular and the overall application landscape of the customer.

This takes besides IT knowledge also soft skills such as good communication, leadership, building customer relations, and a strong dedication to quality. Due to the business critical nature of our projects you will report both to the c-level sponsors of the customers and the KPMG leadership.
Following the market developments and trends you will be part of the expansion of our team, services and the corresponding opportunities in enterprise solutions. You have a key responsibility to lead the team during the project from a solution perspective, but also within KPMG as a coach and key member of Enterprise Solutions to further expand the business unit by assisting in business development, creating market offerings and writing proposals.

Roles and Responsibilities

·  You validate functional and/or technical scope & project approach during the project in order to mitigate risks.
·  You lead the Fit/Gap analysis to define the functional and/or technical approach, which describes all high-level business, technical, architectural and non-functional requirements.
·  You convince the client stakeholders as well as the consultants and/or partners of the functional and/or technical approach and takes the lead in client sign-offs.
·  You prevent and solve escalations from consultants, partners and clients.
·  You follow best practices in Build & Release Management tools and methods in order to improve the project team's efficiency & quality.
·  You work in close collaboration with the project manager.
·  You take initiative to be informed about innovations in technology, market changes, methodologies, best practices, … & develops internal improvements/innovations.
·  You share knowledge and coach consultants towards a higher level.
·  You support the sales process by making effort estimations, writing commercial documents & giving sales demos. Qualifications and Skills

·  You hold a Master's degree.
·  You have minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience and you were involved in multiple large-sized (1000+ mandays) CRM implementation projects characterized by systematic and milestone-driven work.
·  You have a non-stop drive to go out of your comfort zone to guarantee an end-to-end solution.
·  You have the ability to work independently, as well as in project teams and take ownership and responsibility.
·  You like keep developing your coaching skills by closely working together with other colleagues.
·  You are fluent in English and in Dutch or French.
·  You are a certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing and Customer service Functional Consultant Associate or are willing to achieve this certification in the near future.
·  Being certified in and know how to leverage the capabilities of the Microsoft Power platform is considered and advantage.
·  Certification in Prince2, PMP, SAFE or other project management tracks is considered an advantage We offer
