Job description



Responsibilities
General
Facility Management: Managing & Oversee the end to end requirements with
respect to Housekeeping, Transport, R & M, Security and vendor Management

Maintain all vendor database and trackers for AMC / billing / general
details to various admin requirements

Ensure all premises compliance & regulatory requirement are
fulfilled and Tracking of the same is
maintained

Participate in all internal / external audits for the department and
maintain all time records as per audit requirements

Handling all general issues related to 3rd party employees and maintain
proper data for any compliance requirements

Managing and resolving escalations that have impact on premises
Inrastructure operational efficency

Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material
with attention to budgetary constraints & preparation of annual budgets

supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event
planning etc.)

Ensure operations adhering to policies and regulations & Coordinate
& implement them seamlessly

Liase with the diffrerent support staff of administration units and
concerned stakeholders for all administrative works for the unit

Skill Required
Proficient
in MS Excel / MS Word / Power point,
