Overview of the opportunity:
Administrative resources represent a key enabler of KPMG's strategy. With over 90highly qualified professionals in the Montrealoffice, they offer invaluable support to the Tax, Audit and Advisorygroups and the operational team.

What you will do:

·  Provide high-level administrative support to the marketing team; coordinate weekly meetings, implement and refine work tools (projects, budgets, schedule, etc.)
·  Coordinate the entry of tickets, corporate boxes and tables into the software provided for this purpose and carry out the necessary follow-ups.
·  Provide client experience and event support ( printing, orders, and reservations)
·  Provide support for the activation of sponsorships (orders and reservations)
·  Provide support to the content team (lists, IBS contact entry, look book and reports)
·  Coordination of promotional items
·  Format and print presentation documents
What you bring to the role:

·  College diploma or an equivalent combination of education/experience in an administrative assistant's skill set
·  Bilingual (English and French)
·  At least three years of experience in administrative services in a marketing department, an asset
·  Advanced knowledge of MSOffice, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
·  Exceptional time management skills
·  Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
·  Ability to be proactive and creative
