KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

·  Lead training and program needs assessments 
·  Design training materials (e.g. job aids, user guides, SOP's)
·  Lead training evaluations and overseeing 508 compliance of all training materials
·  Develop training materials using tools such as; UPK, Camtasia, and Captivate
·  Conduct presentations to clients at various stakeholder levels (e.g. staff-executives) 
·  Working on technology adoption project and leading training logistics

Qualifications:

·  A minimum of five years of relevant work experience related to change management or human resource consulting; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
·  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline from an accredited college/university; MBA or an advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred
·  Experience leading staff and managing multiple projects
·  Deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues
·  U.S. citizenship required and the ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time
