Job description



KPMG's Transaction Services team, part of the Deals, Tax, and Legal Division, has extensive experience in providing financial due diligence and related services to help clients assess, plan and manage acquisitions, mergers, divestments and initial and secondary debt and equity offerings.

Your New Role

Our Sydney & Melbourne teams are welcoming expressions of interest from candidates with 2+ years of professional experience who are keen to develop their career in transaction services. As a member of the Transaction Services team, you will be involved in and run end-to-end projects in relation to:
·  Pre-deal evaluations
·  Vendor assistance
·  Strategic and commercial intelligence
·  Financial due diligence
·  Vendor due diligence
·  Capital markets assistance
·  Regulatory reporting e.g. ASX listing
·  Synergy assessment
·  Working capital mechanism reviews
·  Sale and Purchase Agreement support
·  Integration assistance
·  Post deal effectiveness reviews You bring to the role
·  Degree in Commerce or Finance and a professional accounting qualification (or pending completion)
·  Strong technical skills backed by a commercial flair and ability to interpret financial models
·  The ability to build robust relationships at all levels, internally and externally
