Roles and Responsibilities

The candidate will need to perform:

· To work with stakeholders to assess and provide reporting and analytical solutions fulfilling business requirements.

· Delivering data-driven insights through regular Business Performance Updates to global leaders, uncover trends and underlying drivers of growth.

· Project manage multiple priorities and exhibit strong multi-tasking capabilities to drive business strategies and process improvement initiatives.

· To work on periodic business reviews data requirements and business presentations

· Experience in driving Business Process Improvements across multiple functions

· Ability to identify key business performance indicators for regular monitoring

· Analyze business performance on monthly basis and report to senior leadership team

· Ability to present and conduct discussions with leadership teamand understand business requirement.

Qualifications and Skills

· Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university - BBM/BCA/BCom/BA/BSc/BE

· A Post Graduate diploma/degree from an accredited college/university - MBA/MCom

· The candidate is expected to have strong verbal and written communication skills

· The candidate is expected to have reasonable awareness of IT tools & applications

· Strong business and financial acumen, with solid quantitative skills and creativity in developing insightful analytics.

Experience and Background

· 8 years + of experience in reporting and/or MIS / PMO

· High level of proficiency in MS Excel, MS Work, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio and MS Access as the candidate will be handling a large amount of data

· A proven track record for making sound business decisions, setting direction and managing both short and long-term goals to achieve high quality operational results and customer commitment.

· Strong Organization, Project management & operational excellence skills.

· Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking with experience working in a global environment.

· Consulting experience desired.

· Should be comfortable with flexible shift timings
