KDC Audit Assistant Manager

Job description

Main responsibilities

- Managing a team of audit assistants
- Managing all aspects of KDC audit services including planning, administration, staff scheduling, staff coaching, execution and closely monitoring progress to ensure Service Level Agreement is met
- Designing and delivering training classes to audit assistants
- Providing guidance, coaching and constructive feedback to team members
- Assisting in the promotion of the use of the services in-house
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency in audit service process
- Assisting with the preparation of operational management reports and presentations

Basic requirements

- Bachelor or above degree
- At least 2 years of audit experience in large public accounting firms
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Acute in applying technology to daily work
- Good team and project management skills
- Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Be mature, initiative with strong sense of teamwork
- Flexible to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Fast learner and willing to learn
- Ability to thrive in a challenging environment

基本要求

- 两年或以上大型会计师事务所审计工作经验
- 具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力
- 善于将技术应用到日常工作中
- 良好的团队和项目管理技能
- 良好的中英文书写能力及沟通能力
- 积极主动的工作态度和优秀的团队合作能力
- 灵活应变，能够同时处理多项工作
- 学习能力强且乐于学习
- 能适应高效快速的工作环境
