Junior Non-Key expert - Visual Identity Expert

Job description



Tasks and responsibility:

- Expert will cover planning and implementation of visibility and promotion activities in the course of project implementation.

- The expert will have hands-on experiences in visual design in implementation of promotion activities in public sector.

- Specific experiences in visual aspects of EU funded initiatives and in project oriented visual promotion will be considered as an advantage.

- The expert will work closely with the TL, visibility and communication expert and other experts and other project stakeholders. He/she will support implementing visibility and promotion activities through provision of graphic design and preparation of visual elements to be used for the purpose of communication and promotion of project and its results.

- He/she will create the visual image of the project to be applied on project outputs and during project events.

- The expert will seemingly integrate all project outputs into unified visual format with clearly developed visual images of promotional slogans and messages to be communicated throughout the project.

- He/she will be also responsible for the design of promotion materials needed for implementation of public awareness and communication campaigns linked to workshops, seminars, conferences, trainings to be organised in the course of project implementation.

- In her/his work the expert will display commitment to the needs of the target groups covered by the technical assistance project. High level of ethical sensitivity is expected in implementation of tasks.

- The expert is expected to strictly comply with the EU Visibility requirements for External Action Programmes.

Requirements:

- Excellent knowledge of Serbian language

- Working level of English language

- Knowledge of EU Visibility requirements and guidelines

- Excellent communication, team working and representation skills

- Minimum 3 years (junior expert) of working/postgraduate experience in the fields relevant to this assignment (designing visibility and promotional material)

- Experiences in EU funded initiatives will be considered as advantage

- Experience in at least 2 similar assignments requiring development of the logo and project visibility package materials

- Practical experiences in visual promotion of public sector organizations will be considered as an advantage

Deadline for submission of applications is the 30th of April 2019.

Civil servants and other staff currently employed by public administrations of the beneficiary country are not eligible to apply as experts. Experts must be independent and free from conflicts of interest regarding the responsibilities defined by the Terms of Reference.
