Role &
Responsibilities
•
Managing IT
Infrastructure Operations of local site as well as remote site and providing
support to KPMG users
•
Managing the team
to ensure timely delivery of services
•
Responsible for
maintaining the quality standards for service deliveries, meeting committed SLA
on all tickets logged for/by the users, analysis of the location data, ensuring
high CSAT.
•
Managing
resources to ensure effective usage.
•
Demonstrate
ability to effectively communicate technical issues to clients whether internal
or external
•
Responsible to
take improvement initiatives by proposing solution, SOP.
•
Resolving
queries/issues within the set TAT and act as Single Point of Contact for any
escalation reported.
•
Implementing
&/or isolate long term solutions to recurring problems.
•
Assist team
members to understand strengths and areas for development on each
assignment/Projects.
•
Continuously
develop industry/business/sector knowledge
•
Share knowledge
within and between teams so that others can succeed.
•
Identifying areas
of improvement and working towards it
•
Interact with
other departments and co-ordinate for activities involving cross department
•
Good problem
solving & technical analytics skills.
•
Exceptionally
strong technical skills of Desktop / laptop / Printers / Network /cabling/
Wireless routers etc.
•
Technical
knowledge of operation and functioning of End user computing, Network (VLAN)
and Windows Servers.
•
Exposure in any
hardware/software installation, troubleshooting network and VPN related issues.
Good
working knowledge of latest technologies, MDM (blackberry, Mobile Iron) and
Exchange 2012.
•
Handled Incident
management/Problem management/Project management/capacity planning/change
management.
•
Managing &
carry out Internal IT audits & ISO27001 Audits
•
Should be able to
implement & governance of IT policies and procedures.
•
Hands on end user
computing support for VIP / Executive users for their technical issues.
•
Support day to
day IT helpdesk Operations.
•
Having hands on
experience of Asset management (software/hardware/consumables/accessories)
•
Experience in
managing AD/Data encryption/Printer/VC support
•
Provide Technical
support at KPMG offsite Partner events.
•
Hands on
experience of managing multiple vendors.
•
Exposure on
Imaging (OS), WDS for deployment of images on end user machines.
•
Ensure site
compliance for all Security and Microsoft patches.
•
Should be
flexible to manage the work as per the site requirement.
•
Must demonstrate
the ability to lead team members by influence, not relying on authority for
leadership. Demonstrates genuine leadership characteristics.
•
Should be a
strong leader to guide and manage team for delivery excellence in IT
Infrastructure projects.
•
Must be highly
motivated and dependable with excellent communication skills.

•
Ability to lead with confidence and
communicate effectively across on-shore and off-shore with internal clients
•
Exceptional interpersonal skills;
verbal and written.
•
Working knowledge of technologies such
as, MS Windows, MS Office, network, Desktops and laptops, etc.
•
Team Management/people management.
•
Certifications like MCSE/ MCITP, CCNA
& ISO27001 would be added advantage (Preferred)
•
Should be ITILv3 certified (Mandatory
Foundation level)
