Job description
Area of Expertise
The technical expert will have hands-on experiences in development of projects solutions of architectural design, 3D design and visualization. The expert will possess necessary knowledge of work in appropriate programs and good theoretical knowledge in the field of housing and capabilities for development of a technical documentation (all necessary programs from preparation to materialization and visualization of architectural and urban solutions).
Duties and responsibilities
· To work closely with key experts of the TA (Technical Assistance) project team, other technical experts and TA project beneficiaries and stakeholders;
· To produce documentation that will cover specific phase of sustainable housing solutions and improvement of living in Roma settlements
· Preparation of 3D design and visualization etc.
· To display high level of ethical and professional values.
Expected results
Up-to 20 target municipalities technical documentation (architectural design, 3D design and visualization for architectural and urban projects) prepared for Roma settlements
Qualification & Skills
· University degree in a relevant field of Architecture, where at least 4 years of studies have been completed
· Possession of required skills in development of 2D architectural drawings (AutoCAD, ArchiCad, Revit)
· Possession of required skills in development of 3D architectural drawings and materialisation (3Ds Max, Rhino, SkachUp)
· Fluency in Serbian and working knowledge of English language are must
General Professional Experience
· Minimum 3, preferably 5 years of postgraduate experience in preparation and development of architectural design, 3D design and visualization for architectural and urban projects
Specific Professional Experience
· Required skills in development of design and graphic processing for presentation of projects (Photoshop, Corel Draw)
· Minimum 2 awarded design projects of architectural / urban design
· Expositions and Publications
· Experience in making Aerial 3D view of urban design will be considered an asset
