IT Advisory - Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager

KPMG Kuwait is seeking experienced Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager to join the IT Advisory team within its Management Consulting practice.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- As Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager the candidate would be expected to provide solutions to clients covering:
• IT Governance
• IT Strategy and IT Optimization
• IT Organization Design
• Enterprise Architecture
• IT Portfolio Management

Qualifications and Skills:

As Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager, the candidate would be expected to have the following academic, technical and behavioral skills:
- Bachelors in Computer Science or Engineering
- Master's in Business Administration is preferable.
- Professional Certifications such as PMP, COBIT, TOGAF are highly recommended
- Extensive consulting experience in IT strategy, Operating Model design , EA, IT Governance and IT Program Delivery
- Ability to perform IT assessments and building improvement plans / portfolios and able to convince, guide and advise CxOs on moving forward in latest IT trends
- Between 4-6 years of relevant consulting experiencing reputable consulting firm or big 4 firm
- Ability to prepare and conduct presentations to clients.
- Team player with the ability to resolve problems and meet deadlines.
- A proven ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting demands.
- Previous experience in working with multicultural teams.
- Good interpersonal skills and the willingness to accept challenges and responsibility.
- Self-Starting & Dynamic Personality.
- Sound communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Arabic language is an advantage
- Knowledge of Kuwait and GCC market is great advantage
