Purpose of the role:

KPMG UK Audit are undertaking a significant transformation programme aimed at supporting business growth and fostering career paths for all audit staff, whilst maintaining high levels of quality. As a result there are multiple exciting opportunities within the Change Management Centre of Excellence (CMC). We require individuals with subject matter, project management and process redesign experience able to create, manage, advise on and deliver complex projects.

The Marketing and Training Manager will be responsible for supporting the delivery of one of our key Audit delivery processes, working as part of a small team to help promote new Audit service offerings within KPMG and deliver training to new users. Ultimately, the role will support the implementation of alternative delivery models to meet the needs of the business in line with the objectives of the Audit Strategy.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst to create online content that will help promote new services offered by specialist teams, including internet portals, FAQs, ‘How to’ and Troubleshooting guides.
- Create video content with detailed instructions on how to access and best utilise the new tools delivered by the project teams.
- Develop training materials to support the delivery of training sessions to audit teams across the UK. Deliver training sessions, either in person or remotely.
- Act as a spokesperson for the project team in KPMG Audit events. Proactively engage with Audit teams across the UK to obtain feedback on the new service offerings.
- Communicate findings with project team. Design of promotional materials, including posters, banners and leaflets.
- Work closely with Programme communications lead and project team to ensure consistent messaging and strategy.
- Support the Senior Project Manager in providing Audit Executives with regular project updates.

Leadership & Management;
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to work independently in delivering an important book of work. The candidate will be expected to lead the design and delivery of the marketing and training strategy for the CMC team.

Stakeholder Interaction & Challenges;
Stakeholders will be internal only and will include senior members of the CMC programme team.
Interactions with senior Audit staff will be required when designing marketing and training plans.
Interaction with auditors will be required for delivery of training on new service offerings.

Impact, Risk, Accountability & Governance;
The role will impact the whole of the UK Audit function.
The candidate will be accountable for the book of work allocated by the sub-programme manager and will follow the governance processes of the CMC team.

The Person:

Essential Experience;

- Experience creating online marketing content, including user guides, FAQs and promotional videos.
- Experience developing training materials, including written content and video tutorials.
- Experience designing promotional materials.
- Experience delivering training, in person or remotely, to large audiences.
- Experience supporting the launch of new services or products.
Desirable experience;

- Knowledge of KPMG audit practice
