We are looking for experienced hire who is passionate about people and business transformation agenda to join our People & Change practice. We look forward to having experienced consultant who is able to lead client project delivery and business development in areas such as, but not limited to the following:

The role includes:
• Assisting our clients to achieve maximum advantage by conceiving and implementing innovative business and people strategies, and organisational development solutions to ensure their continued growth and success.

 

The ideal candidate should:
• Have in-depth knowledge of organisational transformation, business strategy, human resources, organisational effectiveness and change management. We are seeking individuals who are specifically experienced in the areas of business planning, human resource strategies and processes, organisational design, manpower optimisation and performance management.
• Have minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience and proven capabilities in managing large scale projects and delivering quality solutions. Prior experience in a consulting environment will be an added advantage.
• Possess deep analytical skills and strong client service orientation and able to multitask, adaptable and work with people of all levels.
