Service Line Information
With a turnover in excess of £2billion and a payroll of close to 17,000 partners and staff across 22 UK offices, our Finance team covers a huge spectrum of work. It spans everything from being closely involved in supporting the organisation's business strategy to tightly managing critical business functions like employee payroll, expenses, accounts payable and billing.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:


- Develop an understanding of the business being supported, being proactive to learn about products / services / markets
- Support local stakeholders within the supported business area to understand the business performance and the key drivers – including training and education
- Produce MI, data analysis and other reporting to assist the understanding of engagement performance as appropriate.
- Execute processes to ensure that the accounts accurately reflect the financial position of the business
- Review cost management processes to ensure good controls are in place around spend
- Support the coding processes. Investigating and escalating as required
- Play a role in the broader finance community, including active participation in meetings, forums and projects
- Be an advocate for change programmes delivered by Finance / KBS, including automation tools, self-service, standardisation and any other changes in ways of working
- Any other ad-hoc duties relevant to the Business Finance agenda or that have broader commercial implication

Qualifications and Experience

 A Level educated with B or greater in English and Maths
 1-2 years experience of accouting in an operational or professional services environment
 Resilient and able to work with multiple and highly demanding stakeholders
 Problem solving abilities
 Attention to detail
