The Central Services team focuses on all in house IT network to improve the efficiency and processes of KPMG Luxembourg. The team is dedicated to building, optimizing and maintaining the internal IT network and that ultimately fuel the day to day operations of the organization.

We are seeking a keen and enthusiastic coworkers with the tenacity to learn, grow and be an invaluable member of the team. Someone who can work well on their own as well as within a team.

The role and responsibilities

Coordinate the IT Network unit in order to ensure the quality of service following the business requirements. Ensure that market best practices are followed, in compliance with audit and standard requirements. Review and validate processes and procedures. Bring new ideas and input by doing technological watch, create capacity planning and prepare budget need.

Major duties and responsibilities

Manage the Network (Wired/Wireless/Datacenter)

a. Ensure availability, performance and security
b. Ensure KPMG audit needs and standard are reached
c. Propose infrastructure design and changes
d. Review capacity planning and End Of Life cycle
e. Ensure that documentation is up to date, create process and procedures.
f. Ensure Network Access Security management
g. Maintain and improve the Network services
h. Ensure Disaster Recovery and restore procedure are validated and tested.
I. Ensure KPIs are met

Participate to IT Infrastructure development and service delivery

a. Maintain and support VoIP services
b. Maintain and support Datacenter and buildings IT infrastructure
c. Install, maintain and support Monitoring solution
d. Participates to infrastructure design

The perfect candidate

• Has 5-10 years of work experience in IT Network administration.
• Has experience in Network datacenter (Nexus) and campus Wired (Catalyst) and Wireless (Cisco) infrastructure administration. A Cisco certification will be an advantage. (CCNA / CCNP)
• Has the wiliness to develop and implement Software Define Network technology (Cisco ACI) using innovative technologies.
• Has experience with the Network Access Security Solution (Cisco ISE) and good knowledge with network authentication protocols (Radius/TACACS).
• Proven experience in Windows W2k8/W2K12 environments and virtualized environments (VMware).
• Has knowledge in VoIP, Monitoring Solution, Scripting (Python / PowerShell) and Cisco UCS.
• Is an effective team player and able to demonstrate initiative, autonomy and flexibility in his work. Is dynamic, rigorous, focused on user's needs and able to work under pressure.
• Brings new ideas and inputs regarding KPMG infrastructure services.
• Is fluent in English. Any other European language is considered as an asset
