KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Corporate Citizenship organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Coordinate meetings, department activities, leadership schedules and team calendars
·  Submission of Travel & Expense and booking travel arrangements for five Managing Senior Directors
·  Support for bi-weekly team meetings (invitations, meeting space, agendas, and materials)
·  Help trafficking of contracts/agreements through the procurement process
·  Provide customer service to corporate citizenship contacts across the country (Involve, KFFL) through monitoring of program mailboxes and responding to inquiries; interact with area contacts and leadership which may require providing information, clarification and diplomacy
·  Maintain, order and support the fulfillment of Corporate Citizenship collateral and event material requests, as needed for local offices

Qualifications:

·  Minimum of five years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment
·  High School diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred
·  Strong English language writing and grammar skills
·  Ability to proactively troubleshoot problems, ask questions for clarification and understand when to escalate
·  Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, web-based research skills and ability to learn firm-wide applications and technology packages
·  Ability to prioritize competing requirements and/or deadlines with the capacity to work overtime, as needed
