Digital Enablement, UIUX Designer (Graduate Associate)

Job description

The KPMG Digital Enablement team assists organisations in the development of digital products, solutions and services, including digital strategy and enterprise architecture, digital target operating model, digital labour, digital technologies and solution. Our goal is assist clients to understand technology trends and changes, and make the right technology choices to develop a business advantage.

At KPMG Digital Enablement, we empower end to end approach from design to development of the products for our clients mainly focused on IT solutions. As a design & development team we strongly believe in simple and human centered approach to create meaningful products.

The role involves:
• Joining a diverse and collaborative team of designers, project managers and business executives passionate about creating beautiful experiences.
• Working on IT solutions with multiple clients of varying industries.
• Taking broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into products that are useful and valuable.
• Designing the customer experience – Research on customer needs, create personas, define the customer journey.
• Developing high-level detailed storyboards, mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Designing simple and elegant flows and experiences.
• Working with fellow Designers and Developers to use qualitative and quantitative research to understand product users’ behavior and attitudes.
• Giving and soliciting feedback from other designers to continually raise our bar for quality.
• Contributing to high-level strategic decisions related to project needs.

 

The ideal candidate should:
• be able to clearly articulate your design decisions.
• Understand human-centered design methodologies.
• Have strong interaction design - confident, clean visual design.
• Think at a high level about product strategy and vision (not just 'how it should look' but 'what we should build').
• Communicate effectively with excellent teamwork skills.
• Will anticipate client needs and advocate for them.
• Have a positive, can-do attitude.
