We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Gold Coast practice. This role will also provide administration support to our Body Corporate team. The purpose of this role is to support the professional staff and valued clients of the by acting as first point of contact and by providing various administrative tasks to ensure the business needs of the organisation are met.

Your Opportunity

As a key interface for the team both within the firm and with our clients, you will cultivate collaborative relationships and provide an exceptional level of service, information and advice. The variety in your role will come from:
·  Greeting all clients and visitors to the office
·  Answering and directing all incoming telephone calls
·  Providing support to the administration team and wider office as required
·  Providing support for all internal & external client & staff functions
·  Managing office facilities/AV/presentations
·  Sorting all incoming mail, documents, couriers delivered to the office
·  Providing daily admin support to the Body Corporate Audit team
·  Maintain & update Body Corporate spreadsheets, word documents & power point presentations, job codes & risk management. How are you Extraordinary?

·  Relevant experience supporting a senior team in a fast paced, corporate environment, preferably in professional services
·  Outstanding organisational skills, excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
·  Strong attention to detail and strong proof reading skills
