Overview of the opportunity:
The Client Administration function is a vital part of the firm'sBusiness Enablement Services. This highly skilled group of over 600 administration professionals in 33 offices supports the firm's Tax, Audit and Advisory client service staff. Client Administration is focused on the increase of revenue, achieving client service excellence by delivering timely, high quality products, increasing time available for client service staff to focus on driving the business, and encouraging an environment that increases both the staff and client experience. This is achieved by building dynamic, lasting relationships, being sensitive to our client needs and collaborating as part of the client service team
What you will do:

·  Provide senior level administrative coordination support to a large group consisting of partners, senior managers, managers and client service teams
·  Actively participate on the group leadership meetings
·  Work closely withleadership toeffectively report and analyze data and resources
·  Group staffing schedule requests
·  Ensure timely submission of time and expense reporting
·  Approval and process of expense reports for Group members.
·  Leverage firm processes and programs to ensure active support of the business
·  Support HR People Leaders withvacation, personal care, health, etc. Communicate issues to leadership
·  Work closely with management to ensure effective management of staffing resources to ensure client needs are met
·  As needed, coordinate with otherAdministrators to share resources, maximizing chargeable hours, and fulfilling client needs.
·  Coordinate meetings, conference calls, video conferences, net meetings, and events pertaining to a function or sub-function, etc., organize materials and take minutes
·  Assist in the monitoring of time and expense reports for the group
·  Participate in HR related activities e.g. maintain an up-to-date assignment of performance managers and HR Leaders with national lists
·  Coordinate and/or facilitate all Onboarding activities for the Group new hires, temporary hires, secondees, and experienced hires.
·  Offboarding activities when someone leaves the group.
·  Manage space and office/workstation assignments for the group
·  Provide learning coordination support for the group
What you bring to the role:

·  College diploma or an equivalent combination of education/experience in administrative assistant skill set. Minimum 5 years administration experience.
·  Exceptional time management skills
·  Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for proofreading, suggesting alternatives and making modifications.
·  Proven ability to deal with sensitive materials with a high degree of tact and discretion.
·  Advanced skills with MS Office Products. In particular, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint etc
