Key responsibilities

- Take ownership for the registration and takeover transition processes
- Be the point of contact for clients on transition legal matters, i.e. registrations and takeovers
- Proactively address client's legal questions and queries to delivery teams, client managers and Transition Project Managers as appropriate and find pragmatic approaches and contingency plan to meet legal and clients' requirements and enable timely go-live
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all legal documents
- Request and collect legal information and documents directly from clients and prepare documents to be submitted to the Tax Authorities, where required
- Ensure proper handover of client information and documents to KGSH internal teams
- Maintain and improve respective processes and templates as per the country specific legal requirements
- Reports directly to the Transition Project Manager on a particular client engagement

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of similar office work experience.
- Legal background is not mandatory but an advantage
- Effective oral and written English communication skills to use internally, with clients and third-party service providers. Additional language knowledge is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft application, including Excel, MS office and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn and understand local tax procedures and practices on a country level and Basic Indirect Tax as required
- Ability to acquire and apply data privacy rules, accuracy
- Customer service skills, process oriented
- Issue management skills: strong risk awareness to escalate legal issues and delays
- Project management mindset
