Overview of the opportunity:

The Montréal office is looking for a Host of Hostess to provide reliable, quick and efficient support to the Conference Centre. The chosen candidate must be a team player and able to provide superior quality client service.

The goal is to achieve client service excellence by delivering timely, high quality products, increasing time available for client service staff to focus on driving the business, and through encouraging an environment that increases both the staff and client experience.

What you will do:

·  Coordinate the setup of meeting rooms/training rooms, including meal and refreshments
·  Ensure that all meeting rooms and kitchen areas are kept clean
·  Provide bar service at cocktail receptions held on KPMG premises.
·  Conduct spot checks of all meeting rooms to ensure the facility is maintained in proper working order.
·  Ensures that appliances (e.g. dishwashers, fridges, ice machines and coffee makers) are kept in good working order.
·  May be asked to maintain first-aid kits on a weekly basis (office specific). At times, business needs arise and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal work day or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people need extra time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this.

What you bring to the role:

·  Client service experience
·  Must have excellent oral communications skills, both in English and French.
·  Must be organized and detail oriented.
