KPMG is currently seeking an Experienced Associate to join ourEconomic and Valuation Services practice.

Responsibilities:

·  Conduct statistical analyses of organizations
·  Review and analyze U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) financial statements
·  Research comparable publicly traded companies
·  Compose technical reports for review by clients

Qualifications:

·  A minimum of one year of experience with advisory related projects within a quantitative analysis firm
·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, or Business from an accredited college/university is preferred
·  Experience with data analysis of business entities and intangible assets, purchase price allocations, and financial analysis and research with a strong understanding of the capital markets
·  Knowledge of statistical data analysis packages such as SAS, STATA, and the MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
·  Effective written and verbal communication skills, solid analytical skills, and able to work well in a team environment
·  Ability to obtain and maintain an US Government security clearance
