Digital Audit PMO (资深项目管理专员)

Job description

This role requires an individual with solid understanding of Programme PMO and Project Management fundamentals.

The Digital Workstream PMO Lead will be leading the PMO activities within the Digital Audit Workstream. He or she will be required to work closely with the Lead of the Digital Audit Workstream to

- Prepare and organize Workstream level weekly reports and meeting
- Coordinate other PMO members within the Digital Audit Workstream (Innovation part) for weekly and monthly project statuses (currently Digital Audit Workstream has around 40 projects)
- Setup and take ownership of the PMO framework at the Workstream level for Digital Audit Workstream (Risks, Issues, Actions, Project Lifecycles, etc.)
- Work closely with the Audit Transformation Programme Governance Advisor to ensure the right reporting and message is prepared and communicated to the Programme level
- Prepare the Digital Audit Workstream Lead for monthly Programme meetings with the Head and Deputy Head of Audit Transformation respectfully

Technical Abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook

Language Skills

- English fluency is must
