About the position
The Associate 2 will beworking in Audit Data & Analytics (D&A) domain and develop expertise indesigning and developing D&A solutions using tools such as Interactive DataExtraction & Analysis [IDEA], Microsoft Business Intelligence Suite [MSBI],VBA, Alteryx, Qlikview or Tableau, Big Data Technologies etc.

Broadly, the keyresponsibilities are:

• Audit D&A Solution Delivery - Be a part of the team thatis responsible for Designing, Developing and Innovating new Audit D&Asolutions and ensure timely and qualitydeliverables on the work done by self and by other junior team members
• Content & Industry Focus - Build strong domain expertise (Accounting& Auditing) and Industry knowledge to enable effective collaboration with differentengagement teams and produce quality deliverables

Roles and responsibilities
The Associate 2 will bepredominantly responsible for:

• Develop skillsets to process large data extracts fromclient ERP systems into the KPMG D&A proprietary tool
• Develop understanding ofKPMG's service offerings and D&A tools and capabilities
• Drive key initiative inAudit D&A area, develop D&A solutions using tools such as IDEA, MSBI,VBA, Alteryx, Qlikview or Tableau
• Develop technical &functional understanding of KPMG's D&A tool and capabilities, and applythem on audit engagements
• Develop understanding ofERP system (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics/PeopleSoft or others)
• Develop understanding of businessprocesses, such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, General Ledger and Sub-ledgeraccounting
• Develop proof of conceptsusing big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Python, Cloud technologies andconverting these POCs into the production ready solutions
• Work with US and India leads to co-ordinate withclient IT for data extraction and discuss results with KPMG engagement teams,write SQL queries on the data to pull reports; understand the stored proceduresas required
• Develop fundamental understanding of accounting & auditingand the applicability of D&A solutions on audit engagements
• Open to learn different tools and technologies relatedto KPMG Audit Data & Analytics
• Participate in firm'sstrategic initiatives and/or corporate social responsibility programs
• Ability to handlestakeholder relationships across member firms
