Kuehne & Nagel Drinks Logistics are looking for a Warehouse and Stock Administrator to join our site in Newton Heath, Manchester on behalf of Kuehne+Nagel Drinks Logistics

Your Role

We are the contract logistics partner of choice for logistics outsourcing and the management of complex supply chains, from point of origin to consumption, our dedicated staff design solutions that turn logistics operations from a challenge into a substantial competitive advantage.

Your Responsibilities

·  Processing of daily / Weekly KPI reports and produce contractual reports
·  Monitoring and reporting of date challenged stock
·  Production of warehouse picks
·  Goods receipt of Inbound Stock and Goods issue of  Outbound stock
·  Ensure all Company documentation is completed
·  Managing ullage and suppliers returns
·  Dealing with invoice queries from the finance department & suppliers along with supporting any finance related queries
·  Report/request and management of credits from suppliers.
·  Check customer PODs and keep Log up to date.

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Excellent communication skills –written, oral, PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
·  Used to working to KPIs, SLAs, and within a financial budget demonstrating a good commercial and financial understanding.
·  Teamwork, Customer Orientation, attention to detail with the ability to perform under pressure.
·  Ability to adapt to change and learn new skills/ techniques.
·  Excellent organisational and motivational skills with a “can do attitude”.
·  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills focusing on achieving targets and meeting objectives.
