An exciting opportunity to manage a warehouse servicing our key client.

Your Role

The warehouse manager will manage the administrative and operational functions of our warehouse in Słubice, servicing a key customer from the automotive sector. You will ensure that the site operates to best in class quality standards in an environment of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will maximize and maintain the performance of the team by focusing on customer requirements, providing leadership to a motivated workforce and continuously improve our warehousing quality.

Your Responsibilities

·  Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the warehouse facility;
·  People management: motivating, coaching and developing all team members;
·  Managing the administration functions, ensure effective updating of the Kuehne+Nagel Internal System;
·  Ensure customer service level provided to all customers is to the highest standard;
·  Liaise with Internal and External clients on delivery and collections schedules. Represent the warehouse on the clients visits. 
·  Produce weekly/monthly reports (e.g. KPIs) and provide information to relevant stakeholders;
·  Drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Experience of 3-5 years as a warehouse manager or similar role for an international logistic company;
·  Bachelor’s Degree or qualification in Business or Logistic;
·  People management skills and experience, including direct & indirect reports;
·  Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally;
·  Experience of working in a continuous improvement environment, sound knowledge about CI methods;
·  Prior experience in using various warehouse management systems;
·  A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
·  Fluency in English & Polish is required.
