Your Role
Design training materials and conduct training for new hires.
Your Responsibilities
· Design training materials and conduct training for new hires.
· Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses in each team.
· Provide train-the-trainer sessions for process specialists and team leaders.
· Manage implementation of new processes or major changes to existing processes or expansions of existing processes, especially where increase of personnel is required.
· Amending and revising training as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
· Have agility to comprehend new concepts, content, and processes and convert knowledge into effective training programs and materials.
· Designing effective training programs.
· Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
· Monitor employee performance and response to training.
Your Skills and Experiences
· A graduate of any four year course.
· Proven experience as a Trainer for 3 to 5 years.
· Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
· Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
· Organizational and time management abilities.
· Critical thinking and decision making skills.
