Technical Support Engineer

Job description

You will support locally our colleagues with IT systems.

Your Role

Together with our IT team you will be responsible for maintenance of IT systems. Being a part of the local IT team you will closely interact with the Corporate support.

Your Responsibilities

·  installation, configuration, commissioning and maintenance of IT systems (laptops, workstations, printers, cell phones)
·  user's support based on Windows domain
·  incident management (1st and 2nd level analysis, resolving incidents in the hardware used in IT infrastructure)
·  change management, processing of standard and non-standard service requests
·  problem management as well as analysis of incidents to prevent recurring issues

Your Skills and Experiences

·  technical university degree
·  2-3 years of relevant experience as Support Operator, System Administrator
·  intermediate level of English (reading technical documentation, email conversation)
·  proactive approach for processes improvement
