Job description

A great opportunity has arisen for an Admin Stock Supervisor for the primary operation in our Merlin Park site based in Birmingham.

Your Role

The successful candidate will manage all the administrative functions required for the effective running of the operation. Providing comprehensive and efficient support to the Operations Manager/ Operations Team and also providing a communication and administration link between operations and other KN functions.

Your Responsibilities

·  Collation and production of reports, stats, KPI’s on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as requested by Contract Manager

·  Maintaining of holiday records, Bradford Factor points,  sickness monitoring and payroll reconciliation using SMART system. Administration of medical certificates, Return to Work documentation and personnel file maintenance. Updating of communication notice boards 

·  Point of contact with Human Resources Service Centre for required letters and collation of all employee documentation, ensuring receipt and delivery to and from HRSC

·  Act as note taker support for operational and Employee Relation meetings

·  Management of workwear, allocation and ordering

·  Raising purchase orders as and when required and managing the purchase order system

·  Liaison with agency personnel supplier to arrange temporary staff

·  Manage temporary labour hours in conjunction with agency to ensure accurate data capture

·  Ensure that all legal, company and statutory requirements concerning the administration operation are adhered to and that all records are correctly completed and maintained in accordance with current legislation and KN policies and procedures

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint

·  Numerate with good attention to detail, ability of interpreting data

·  Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends when required

·  Leadership qualities including the ability to enthuse and motivate

·  Excellent interpersonal skills and organisation skills

·  Analytical & problem solving skills

·  Ability to deliver to tight deadlines in an organised and informed manner

·  Ability to work individually and as part of a team with excellent communication skills

·  Ability to multitask in busy office environment
