Job description

Kuehne+Nagel Egypt is currently looking for a Sea Logistics professional for our new Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist role.

Your Role

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers by providing helpful information, answering questions and responding to complaints.

Your Responsibilities

·  Provide front line support for customers and ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services and features
·  Provide Kuehne+Nagel quotations and updates and set final selling price with individual adjustments 
·  Maintain and integrate customer data in KN Systems
·  Include and transfer customer requirements accompanying customer order

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Bachelors in Logistics, Supply Chain or a similar discipline
·  Minimum 2 years experience in freight forwarding industry specifically in sea logistics 
·  Minimum 2 years experience in sales/customer service 
·  Excellent command in English and Arabic
