In this role you are responsible for the consulting, implementation and support of information solutions between Kuehne + Nagel and its Customers.

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

·  Consultant within the regional Customer Solutions on myKN solutions (incl. all online solutions, Business Intelligence, Data Integration and order management solutions)
·  Support stakeholders on Solution Design and the Implementation of customer projects
·  Project execution tasks include requirement scoping, organize kickoff meetings, create Project Management documents, manage project sign-offs, progress calls and reporting
·  Provide solution support of implemented solutions, coordinate, where necessary, with the Shared Service Center
·  Focus on multi-country projects and projects requested by countries with no national CST
·  Collaborate and share knowledge with the Regional and National Customer Solutions Teams
·  Work closely with National Customers Solutions teams, the Business Units and other stakeholders

Diese Qualifikation sollten Sie mitbringen

·  Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Logistics, Information Technology or an equivalent education
·  Demonstrable experience within a Customer Solutions team or equivalent
·  Experience within a freight forwarding environment
·  Project Management experience with an understanding of Project Management methodologies such as Prince 2; a track record of delivering complex projects will be advantageous
·  Process mapping skills will be required to map out as-is and to-be processes, specifically MS Visio
·  Passion for customer excellence, a willingness to learn, to be self-managed and to work well within a Team
·  Excellent communication and leadership skills are critical enabling successful interaction and project execution with the customer and within Kuehne + Nagel
