Receivable Accountant

Your Role

You will handle Account Receivable (AR) tasks at SGN office, control SGN Local Tax Invoice team and support HAN office when required

Your Responsibilities

A. Local tax invoice (LTI)

·  Control LTI team to perform task detail accuracy within LTI schedule timeline.
·  Work with HKG team on any related LTI system issue.
·  Study to update new releases from LTI to LTI team.
·  Handle reconciliation between the Sales invoices from OPS systems (CIEL & SALOG) and Finance system (ACON & LTI)
·  Take in charge for any new LTI project.

B. Account Receivable task

·  Follow up AR o/s, collection, cash allocation,...to align with KN’s accounting policy
·  Communicate with customers/operators/sales for related account receivable matters efficiently.
·  Work with SSC (Service Center) team to ensure cash allocation is done timely & properly
·  Manage master data (ACON + LTI) as per KN requirement.
·  Credit application process:
·  Work with requestor to assist on the eCLA new request.
·  Check credit Doc.
·  Work on credit renewal as per required timeline.
·  Update credit term correctly and timely and storage credit Doc.
·  Daily check CCM to have the action accordingly.
·  Weekly follow up delay invoicing report to ensure that invoicing (Ops) is done timely.
·  Smoothly run AR reports.
·  Support AR Team Leader on AR ICS and internal/external audit period.
·  Ad-hoc accounting assignments.

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance
·  Having at least 2-year experience working as Accountant
·  Good at time management, problem solving and leadership skill
·  Efficient & effective communication 
·  Careful, honest & compliant
