Job description

We're looking for a Quality Automation Engineer to join our great team!

Your Role

The HR IT team in Kuehne + Nagel’s IT Service Center in Tallinn is responsible for customization, operation and development of a set of Web Applications based on different technology stacks. We are looking for a new colleague with a strong technical background – thus increasing our knowledge about enterprise web applications and multi-tier architecture setups in a global environment.

Your Responsibilities

· Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
· Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
· Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
· Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
· Identify, document thoroughly and track bugs
· Perform thorough regression testing when application bugs are resolved
· Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products
· Liaise with internal teams to identify system automation test requirements
· Monitor debugging results and apply a continuous improvement process

Your Skills and Experiences

· Ability to learn new areas and new skills quickly
· Good problem solving/analytical skills
· Good verbal, written communication, and negotiations skills
· Ability to provide good customer service, be a good listener and work well with others
· Professional attitude and work ethics
· Fluent in spoken and written English
· Basic coding, scripting knowledge, preferable Javascript, java knowledge
· Ability to adopt or lean new programming language if needed
· Ability to prioritized on common sense and under pressure
