Job description
We are seeking an Office Admin to join the team at our new Distribution Center.
Your Role
The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the accurate flow of personnel information, work scheduling and customer support data to and from the operation
Your Responsibilities
•Execute office procedures and systems including filing, billing, accounts payable, reporting, payroll and scheduling.
•Tactical execution of inbound and outbound scheduling.
•Transmission of payroll data to the corporate office.
•Revise policies and procedures where necessary to improve productivity.
•Update daily, weekly, monthly &/or quarterly management and operational reports.
•OSHA Reporting
•Order supplies and equipment as needed.
•Participates as needed in special department projects.
•Serve as a general source of information regarding benefits, new hire questions, and
Kronos issues.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, faxing, copying and sorting.
• Manage temporary workforce vendor in regards to quality, competitiveness &ensure terms of contract are met
Your Skills and Experiences
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
• Demonstrable organization skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be able to work extended hours/overtime when needed to support business needs
