National Sales Training Manager

This individual is responsible to plan, conduct, coordinate and implement comprehensive sales training for the sales organization across the India sub-continent

Your Role

This individual is responsible to plan, conduct, coordinate and implement comprehensive sales training for the sales organization across the India sub-continent

Your Responsibilities

·   Plan, prepare, execute and administer Sales skill training in line with corporate standards and local demand.
·   Provide feedback on existing training courses and support in the improvement and development of new training
·   Support the region in the roll-out, administration, reporting and evaluation of trainings and trainees.
·  Join customer visits and provide feedback and coaching to the sales representatives and sales managers.
·  Identify training needs within the business through regular consultation with key stakeholders
·  Ensure professional on-boarding, qualification in line with role specific learning requirements

Your Skills and Experiences

·   Advanced Diploma/Degree in a related field
·   Minimum 3 years of front line sales experience.
·   Sales management background would be preferred
·  Exposure and knowledge towards the Supply Chain industry will be advantageous
·  Experience in sales training or coaching is a plus
·  Advanced communication and motivational skills – the minimum requisite for a professional trainer.
