National Marketing and Digital Sales Expert

Your Role

As a National Marketing and Digital Sales Expert, you will be responsible for development and execution of marketing strategies and communication plans within the country which enables country organization to meet with their overall business objectives.

Your Responsibilities

·  Organizing, leading and executing project management and campaign management from marketing perspective.
·  Developing and implementing external communication plans to increase brand awareness and recognition of the organization
·  Execution and leading any public relations activities and communication including our internal program MyKN for only Sales and Human Resources functional units. 
·  Being in charge of any visual creative designs on country level and Kuehne + Nagel website updates.
·  In cooperation with the project management and campaign management responsibility, being the active user of Kuehne + Nagel's internal programs for creating and publishing any sales campaigns or/and announcements to customers.
·  Being main contact and conduit for content and online marketing and preparation of the customer facing marketing materials.
·  Supporting National Management Meetings by gearing the presentation and writing minutes of the meeting as well as implementing global marketing projects to Turkey organisation.
·  Responsible for marketing business intelligence.

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Minimum bachelor’s degree in related fields.
·  Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
·  Experience in event organisation is preferred.
·  Project management, leadership and customer interface experience are preferred.
·  Familiarity matric organisation and experience in a multi-country environment.
·  Proficiency in media creation tools and MS Office tools.
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills.
