Job description

We are looking for a strong sales professional with extensive experience in the freight forwarding industry for our National Key Account Manager role in Jordan.

Your Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing a mix of global and local accounts with a pre-defined portfolio by liaising with the respective internal and external counterparts.

Your Responsibilities

·  Bring in new business and retain and develop existing clients in the Jordan market
·  Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
·  Ensure all information related to the key customers is current and accurate in the CRM
·  Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
·  Upsell and cross sell all Kuehne+Nagel services and contribute to overall market intelligence 

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a similar discipline
·  Minimum 3-5 years' of experience in Freight Forwarding industry in Jordan
·  Minimum 2 years experience in Key Account Management and Business Development
·  Experience in managing global and local accounts 
·  Excellent command in English and Arabic languages
