Legal Professional

Your Role

General corporate legal business, contract review, subject matter knowledge of personal data privacy/protection and immigration a plus.

Your Responsibilities

- Provide subject matter expertise regarding personal data privacy and protection

- Support the development of regional and/or country specific procedures with global data protection officer

- Provide training and guidance and monitor adherence to privacy rules and policies

- Provide subject matter expertise regarding visas and permanent residency

- Review/negotiate customer and vendor contracts

- Act as liaison with outside immigration law firm

Your Skills and Experiences

- Bachelor’s degree/JD
- Regulatory, IT, and/or immigration background with a multinational organization
- Understanding of data protection requirements
- Excellent organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn a new industry and new innitiatives
- Excellent oral, written, and leadership communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Fluent in Spanish a plus
