The growth hacker is responsible to create and implement the KN FreightNet FCL Asia inbound marketing strategy with the aim to deliver sustainable and profitable growth in line with the financial and volume targets set for the country.

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Be responsible for creating and enhancing the local AARR strategy (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) to deliver the countries volume and financial target
·  Conduct customer interviews and business reference groups to present the KN FreightNet FCL Asia concept/functionality and provide feedback to improve site features and UIX (User Interface XML) to make it more customer centric
·  Create viral growth: drive traffic to the website/landing page through blogs, social media, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) / Paid Advertising (SEM and programmatic buying/re-targeting)
·  Drive onsite conversion from “unique visitors” to “registered accounts” to “active customers” through systematic site analytics and extensive A/B testing
·  Create, translate and distribute content for the front end and social media in local language based on corporate brand voice guidelines
·  Prioritize and optimize growth channels based on data analytics and effectiveness
·  Conduct KN FreightNet FCL Asia training and awareness sessions to marketing, sales, customer service and other local stakeholders in line with the commercial and inbound marketing strategy

Your skills and experience

·  Min. 1 year experience in Sea Logistics (FCL) liner operations or manufacturing
·  Must be a native / fluent in local language
·  Experience with e-mail marketing
·  Experience with CRM/Sales/Marketing
·  Experience in “Smarketing” and/or business development
·  Experience in website development and feature enhancements
·  Experience in intelligence and analytics (preferably through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager)
·  Experience in inbound marketing (preferably supported by Microsoft Dynamics or HubSpot)
·  Experience in writing blogs / content and distributing content on social media (preferably thought CoreMedia, TYPO3 and/or Hootsuite)
·  Has a proven track record in search engine optimization (SEO) and paid advertising (SEM & Programmatic)
