Your Role

The Finance Admin assists with various administrative tasks supporting the Distribution Center.

Your Responsibilities

Month-End closing:
·         Month-end customer billing
·         Full P&L ownership – Month-end accruals and deferrals
Reporting
·         Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
·         Month-end reporting and variance analysis
·         Adhoc reporting upon request
Analysis
·         Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
·         Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; recommending actions.
·         Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
·         Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
·         Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
·         Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
Additional Responsibilities/Tasks
Enter and approve Vendor work orders and invoices  – ABM, Crown, EKCO, Edison, GMA etc.
Submit Union invoices
GR Blanket PO’s
Supply procurement
Facility weekly hourly report to corporate
Kronos updates

Your Skills and Experiences

•         3-5+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
•         High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
•         Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
•         BA, BS, or B.Com degree required (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics)
•         Strong analytical and data gathering skills
•         Good business and financial acumen
•         Proficiency in KPI metric analysis
•         Effectively manage workload and projects
•         Prior logistics experience preferred.
