Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for two Customer Service Administrators to join our busy team providing best in class customer solutions for our new H3G Contract.

Your Role

Reporting directly into the Administration Supervisor, you will be responsible for processing documentation and actioning customer requests, ensuring that all performance standards are met.

Your Responsibilities

·  Operate to Company procedures and guidelines, and ensure that performance standards are met
·  Receive and issue goods orders (where applicable)
·  Process documentation
·  File documentation records for statistical information
·  Post goods issue where applicable and generate carrier documentation (where applicable)
·  Make recommendations and contribute to the Company’s Oi scheme for more efficient working practices
·  Action or escalate Customer requests where required
·  Use the SAP/WMS system to process and monitor stock
·  To be accountable for compliance to Health and Safety regulations

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Good Interpersonal skills
·  Experience within a customer focused environment
·  Ability to work as part of a team as well as use own initiative
·  PC literate
·  Numeracy skills with good attention to detail
·  Good communication skills
·  The ability to meet daily targets and deadlines
·  A hard working, positive and flexible attitude
·  Awareness of Health and Safety requirements
