Your Role

Support to the organization at regional levels, collaborating with the ZA-Ns, RA-C and ZA-Cs, RA-T & SSC teams by assisting in projects, ensuring transparency and visibility to the Regional Air Logistics Business Unit at all levels.

Your Responsibilities

The primary function of the role is to support to the organization at regional levels, collaborating with the ZA-Ns, RA-C and ZA-Cs, RA-T & SSC teams by assisting in projects, ensuring transparency and visibility to the Regional Air Logistics Business Unit at all levels.
This role also supports the creation of business processes, timelines, execution and follow up of different processes’ optimization/transition with the stakeholders in each of them.

 
PROCESSES
1. Assists in driving process improvement activities in the region
2. In close cooperations with National Air Logistics Business Processes Managers (ZA-Ns) assists in analyzing, documenting and implement national projects and create transparency of progress and results.
3. Ensure usage of standard tools and methods in the region to generate clarity and transparency (BPMN, Jira, Wiki etc)
4. Assists in monitoring progress and status to the regional/national management.
5. Assists in developing and generating standardized and tailor made solutions
6. Assists in controlling of regional airfreight operational processes to ensure optimal “work flow” structure is implemented
7. Coordinates with countries for SSC activities, ensure that targetted tasks are scheduled, migrated and implemented 
8. Collaborate with ZA-Ns and SSC to optimize processes for tasks implemented in SSC
9. Monitoring of SSC service quality and deliverables to the countries using available tools (TCF Feedback, WIKI etc)

OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE
1. Ensure efficiency to the Air Logistics Business, by continuously optimizing the operations, increases productivity by assisting in implementing standard processes in line with corporate guidelines and targets.
2. Work closely with systems team (RA-C & ZA-Cs) to ensure effective systems utilization in correlation with optimal operational infrastructure

1. Confidential handling of regional statistics in close cooperation with RA/RA-O/ZAs/FAs
